I liked the authentic Moroccan designs and artwork. The food was very good, and staff freindly and helpful. The hotel had a cozy, intimate fell.
It was difficult for us to fin the place from the parking area. A local kid showed us the place when we told him what we were looking for and he aksed us for $2.50 usd one he brought us to the front door, 50 meters away, down an alley. The staff at the hotel said that everyone pays this price for directions to the place. It seemed exorbitant to me. I think the hotel should have paid the kid instead of us, if they thought that price was reasonable.

Very relaxed and great service. Beautiful decoration.
Mostly great, only woken by sound of mosque which is to be expected in Marrakech and sounds of people in the narrow streets below. We thought it had a pool from the description, but the pool was actually at the owners villa 10km away which we could have visited if we wished - this did not spoil our stay but was a little misleading.

This riad is indeed a wonderful place where to spend your holiday in Marrakesh. The reception staff were smiling and cheerful, actually charming. The rooms are comfortable and clean, as well as the bath. The location in Marrakesh is close to the Jemma El Fna square where all amazing things happen. The riad offers an escape from the very busy life outside. We could completely relax in common spaces, admiring the internal Jardin. Also the riad guarantees good food, do not miss it. Would choose it again!

Beautiful riad with intricate tile, wood, and paint designs in most rooms and throughout the central area. Convenient to central Marrakech.
The staff seemed inexperienced and a bit unprepared. The breakfast service was very basic and the breakfast area unheated and too cold for comfort for the wintertime.

The location was great, the breakfast was delicious and the staff provided and excellent level of service.
It would be nice if there was a pool or splash pool to cool off in the summer heat.

Very friendly staff. Very accommodating and helpful. Authentic road, but no conditioning can make summer visits hot.

Very frendly staff, could not do more for you. Did like the open fire in the room and breakfast in the roof garden.

Friendly staff, roof terrace, and central location.
Toilet in room, showering only on your knees in the bath, being able to hear everything that is happing in adjacent rooms (e.g. crying children), right in between two mosques: as if the speaker is teetering right next to your window (and believe me, the 4 am prayer not only seems longer, it is!).
